Hello
My landline phone only works one way: when I receive a call from a caller it rings, they can hear me but I can’t hear anything. When I dial a number, the other person can hear me but I still can’t hear anything. In terms of the answering machine, calls from registered numbers no longer appear and the messages left are not being recorded either.
We unplugged the phone jack: still nothing.
So what should we do?
Thank you for your responses
Best regards

Hello,
Is this device connected to a box?
If so, reset the box by cutting off its power supply for a few seconds.
As for the messages, check if they are in your operator's voicemail.
Also, make sure that the number of rings before your answering machine picks up is lower than that set with your operator to activate the voicemail. Generally, operators set it to 5 rings.Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
