for employees, it's perfectly normal that there are precautionary measures to
avoid the risk of leaking highly confidential information! ;)
According to your message #2, I have the impression that your problem is just a matter
of tiered rates; so if you indicate all the tiers and the rates or
numbers associated, as well as the cells where your data is located, then I might be able
to propose a solution? It’s not guaranteed. But of course, only include
the information for the calculation mechanism, and no data that is
confidential!!!

Addition: I'm not sure I've accurately captured all the subtleties
of the progressive regulation mechanism for salary brackets
(along with the related shifts); therefore, even if the CONTROL is OK on the
3 sheets, I strongly recommend that you check ALL possible cases,
and for ALL Brackets, especially for Bracket C.
If everything works correctly, then great! But I wouldn't be surprised
if one or two "last-minute" adjustments are needed.
So I'm awaiting your feedback to know what the situation is, and if everything is fine, please
go to the top of the page and click on "Mark as resolved". :)

To retrieve your file from my partage.fr, I had to use my personal computer which runs on Open Office. I then transferred the file to my work computer equipped with Excel. Upon opening it, I see numbers but no formulas in the cells... so I'm quite stuck to respond to you...

Thank you. I can no longer download anything on my work computer, neither Mon Partage.fr nor Cjoint.com. Cjoint.com used to work before. The security settings must have been tightened. From my personal computer, I can download without any problem, but it runs on Open Office and when I retrieve the files at work under Microsoft, the formulas disappear. So I'm a bit stuck.

The security settings on your work computer have been strengthened,
and that's a good thing regarding the risk of malware:
Excel macros no longer run. But the 3 attached workbooks are
.xlsx files, so without macros => no risk since there are only
formulas!
I understand that you successfully downloaded my 3 Excel files onto your
personal computer. You can find them in your Downloads folder.
Then, don’t open them with Open Office but copy these files onto
a USB stick to transfer them onto your work computer; but
only if you’re given permission: I definitely don’t want you
to be dismissed from your company!
You can tell your boss this: “My Excel workbooks contain no
macros since they are .xlsx files (and not .xlsm)”; since they
only contain formulas for calculations, then worst case scenario, it will just give
false results in test workbooks.”; then you’ll see if
my formulas work for you or not. I can’t guarantee it, but I
think you’ll get the expected results.

My links to your 3 Excel 2007 files have expired,
so I'm posting them again below:

They are valid until January 31, 2017.
You need to download them onto your laptop => they will be in your
"Downloads" folder; but above all, do not open them with OpenOffice,
otherwise you will lose the formulas!
To be transferred to your desktop PC via USB key, but first ask for
permission! Then do all the necessary tests and let me know if it suits you. You can ask me for an adjustment if needed.
