Hello,
I bought a new Lenovo G70 laptop a month ago. I have printer software for an HP Photosmart C4180 dated 2006 from my old Compaq computer. However, the installation failed on the Lenovo because the message says the operating system is not supported... Current system: 602.64. How can I install this printer? Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards.

Hello,
your Lenovo must run Windows 10. Try in the Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Features/Run programs designed for earlier versions of Windows -
hi
if you no longer have the installation CD for your printer, download the driver from HP's site
https://support.hp.com/ch-fr/drivers/selfservice/HP-Photosmart-C4100-All-in-One-Printer-series/1142450/model/1142452
choose your OS (w7/w8 etc...) in 32 or 64 bits
https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/169-32-bits-ou-64-bits-comment-savoir/
PS: the installation is done with USB cable unplugged, you will plug it in when the installer asks you to
see you
