How to set the voicemail on the Alcatel F330 duo

Bonjour, ayant acheté ce téléphone il y a deux jours, j'essaie de comprendre comment recevoir les messages du répondeur sur la base. Cependant, lorsque je fais un test en appelant depuis un autre téléphone, cela ne fonctionne pas. Ça marche seulement si je prends le combiné et que je compose le numéro pour écouter mon répondeur. Comment faire pour écouter les messages via la base ?

        It might be worth making a little effort in writing, as the message is almost unreadable.

        IF when you call your landline it says there are no messages, it's probably because your answering machine is poorly configured and that the messages are being recorded by your operator's voicemail instead of your answering machine...
        How is the number of rings to activate your answering machine set?
        See the manual on page 33
        9.4.5 Changing the number of rings
        You need to ensure that your setting is lower than that set by your operator for triggering their voicemail (generally 5 rings)
