Hello,
I receive my emails on my smartphone, Samsung Grand Plus. I can read them. But how do I reply to an email or forward an email to another user? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me. I've had this smartphone for a short time. JPF from Aix en Provence
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 54.0.2840.71

Hello,
For Gmail and Outlook, there is an icon that looks like a pen at the bottom right of the screen, in a circle. You just need to click on it to send a new email. The same goes for the "Email" app included on the phone, with the only difference being that it is at the bottom left, without a circle.
To forward:
Gmail: you click on the relevant email, and scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen. The forwarding option will be presented to you.
Outlook: you click on the relevant email. You will see your email address at the top of the email. There is an arrow in front. You click on it, and you will be offered the option to forward.
"Email": You click on the relevant email. A gray bar is displayed at the bottom of the screen. In the middle of this bar, an arrow points to the right. This is the forwarding option, so you need to click on it.
See you soon.

Thank you for the information. Problem solved for replying to an email. For forwarding an email to another person, I’m missing some information. I’m discovering this forum, and it’s very practical and nice to help each other out. JPF from Aix-en-Provence.
I need a few more pieces of information
Especially since I asked you which app you were using ^^
You still haven't replied. ;)
For the transfer, Mysuki answered you: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-34061121-repondre-a-un-email-qui-est-envoye-sur-un-smartphone-samsung#2
And I gave you another procedure: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-34061121-repondre-a-un-email-qui-est-envoye-sur-un-smartphone-samsung#3
Now, go figure out which app you use to read your emails.

Hello Mysuki,
You know I'm a bit thick-headed, so I'm not sure if this time I'll answer your question (which app do you use?) and little boy's too. I check my emails that come through the @ icon. A little 1 or 2 shows up depending on the number of messages I receive. Under this icon, it says Email.
I hope you received my previous message where I mentioned that I needed an explanation to correctly forward an email to a friend. If I can't get it sorted, don't worry, I'll find another solution or I have someone at SFR to show me. In any case, thanks in advance JPF from Aix-en-Provence.

I hope you will be able to understand me. I have understood the instructions you’ve given me to reply to an email from my smartphone. The question now, as I told you, is how to forward an email to a friend. I understand that I need to click on the email in question and a small arrow appears at the bottom of the screen indicating that I want to forward it. The question is where do I enter my friend's email so that she receives this email. You asked me what application I use. Well, below the icon where I receive my messages which is as follows: @, it says Email. Thank you and have a nice day, JPF from Aix-en-Provence.

For Outlook, +1 (I don’t use Gmail) ^^
Yes, exactly.
Or, the 3 arrows at the bottom (which do the same job)
1st arrow: reply
2nd arrow: reply all
3rd arrow: forward
But your method is easier since there’s text ;)
So thanks, I never paid attention to this method, which I’ll adopt ^^

I made sure to mention the clearest methods possible, happy that it's helpful! ;)
