Software to display "to-do lists" on the desktop?

Hello,

I'm looking for a simple software on Windows 10 that allows me to create "To-do lists" (like https://i.imgur.com/kt6W1Xg.png) and display them easily on the desktop, so that I can modify/add items directly without having to open the software.

I tried ColorNote on Windows, but I don't think there is an option to place the lists on the desktop... I have tried others (Todoist, MyToDoList, Stickies) but they seem a bit complex to me.

Try searching for Sticky Notes with Cortana (the search bar at the bottom next to the Start menu).

Windows 10 already does that, Start menu and Sticky Note.
