Hello,
Since yesterday I have a Panasonic TX-40CX300E TV. It's a 4K television sold at Fnac. Everything was working yesterday! I had no problem, but this morning when I woke up, my TV started turning off by itself after one or two minutes. I looked for solutions and didn't find any. But there's something strange: when I play on the Xbox 360 (connected to the same TV), the TV doesn't turn off. And if I'm watching television and my Xbox is on, then the TV doesn't turn off.
So, since Panasonic's customer service is closed on weekends, I called Fnac's. The guy told me that it didn't come from the TV if it didn't turn off with the Xbox connected, but from the decoder. In this case, I have a Zive 4K Fiber Box from SFR. You understood that I am using 4K, except with the Xbox 360 which cannot be connected in 4K. I don't know if I should call SFR to send a technician or call Panasonic's customer service on Monday (it's getting expensive!), so I would like to have some information, please.
Best regards.

It's very possible; there may be issues with your distribution... it might not be completely sorted out yet... weren't you in 4K with your old TV..? so it never worked in that setup..??
depending on the length of the cable needed, it's not too expensive to try a temporary setup with a loose cable..

No, my previous TV wasn't 4K.
So now I’m certain the problem is with this Panasonic TV! I’ve checked everything and there’s nothing that would cause the TV to turn off automatically (timer, shop mode, auto standby... everything is disabled).
I now think it’s a problem that comes directly from the TV. For the record, it’s a Panasonic TX-40CX300E television.
If someone could help me that would be great!
Thank you very much jeannets, I don’t know if you have any other suggestions?
