Hello,
I just bought this external battery this afternoon, but I think it has a defect. There are normally 4 blue LEDs to indicate the remaining battery level. I charged it late this afternoon and tonight, and out of the 4 LEDs, only 2 are lit. I feel like I can't charge it completely.
I'm going to leave it overnight and see if it charges.
What do you think? Should I try to fully discharge it or just leave it overnight? Or should I change it directly tomorrow at Fnac?

Hi,
4400mAh is more than many smartphones in capacity, smartphones without "fast" charging usually take between 1 to 2 hours to charge.
In this case, since the battery is larger, it might take longer... Although, more than 4 hours would be very surprising. What type of device or charging adapter are you using to recharge it?
