My laptop keyboard is not working anymore... when I press the letter h, it takes me to history... And my mouse only zooms in when I want to scroll down the page... also, when I open a page, it goes behind the other open pages... Can someone help me? Thank you!

It's been a few days... Yesterday it returned to normal except for the mouse and the order of the pages... and now I can't write anymore... I think yesterday I shut down my computer using the button... do you advise me to restart my computer?
