Hello, I'm reaching out to ask if you know if Colissimo delivers in the afternoon. I received this message this morning on the Colissimo site: "Your package is being prepared for delivery." It is 2:10 PM, will my package arrive tomorrow after all?
I took a screenshot on the site to show you the situation of the package ;)

Normally when the status shows 
Your package is being prepared for delivery
, you will be delivered within the day for non-bulky packages.

It's happened to me several times with the Colissimo service; they don’t listen.
I’m being told that the packages have been dropped in the mailbox, yet I haven’t received anything. I think some of their delivery drivers are stealing the packages.
I explained the situation to them, but they just say it’s been delivered without any proof!
I’m honestly fed up; don’t use their services, as there is no reimbursement for the loss.
Colissimo’s customer service has no regard for customers and doesn’t conduct a thorough investigation.
