Change a person's color in a photo

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a very simple way, or any way, to change a person's skin color in a photo. In fact, I want to create my own clothing brand featuring rappers with green skin because I love both rappers and aliens equally.

So, is there a way to change a person's skin color in a photo? If so, what are the simplest methods?

    Yes, it's possible
    Using Photoshop for example


    And it's certainly possible with Gimp

    But simple.... it will require a bit of work in any case, no matter the software
    And not all modifications are feasible anyway: it's like with hair, it's easy to go from a light shade to a darker one, but the reverse is much more complicated and unpredictable in terms of results, if not impossible.

      I have GIMP and it takes me time. In the end, I'm going to abandon my idea because I want to release my first clothing line for this summer, so I need to do something else.
