Make the group/ungroup icon appear on the left in Excel

Hello,

I would like these icons to reappear in Excel, how can I do that? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    Normally, they are in the Data / Outline ribbon.
    If they are not there, right-click on the ribbon and Customize the ribbon to put them back.
