Tunable transfer function

HELLO
I 'm trying to create on Simulink a low pass filter with a tunable cut off frequency. This frequency is generated from a fuzzy logic block and is varying on time. I can't use the transfer fct block because it still an LTI block. I tried to breakdown the transfer function into a gain components multiplied by 1/s in order to insert the tuned frequency in the function (g=[(2*pi*f/s)]/[1+(2*pi*f/s)])
But Trying to compare this method with a simple transfer fct block (2pf/(s+2pif)) i obtained two different signals (for a fixed frequency).
Can someone help me to resolve this problem please.
