Why is my PC converting all my PDF files to Word?

The conversion is systematic, it can sometimes take a very long time and distorts the original files. It's enough to make you bang your head against the walls. Does anyone have advice for keeping a PDF as a PDF? Thank you, and friendly to everyone.

Hi,

Can you describe your problem in more detail? Is it when you try to open a PDF that it opens with Word?

1) Right-click on any PDF file
2) Properties (go to the general tab if you're not already there).
3) In the line "Opens with," click on the "change" button.
4) Look for the Adobe Acrobat Reader software and apply.

Basically, the problem is that Windows has assigned the opening of PDF format to Word in .doc or .docx, so you just need to follow what I wrote above to fix this little issue.
