inaudible voices and loud music Solved

Question

Hello everyone, DTS sound issue

The sound from the home cinema has very weak dialogue and loud effects and music in 5.1 output.
How can I rebalance the dialogue and get correct 5.1 sound?
To have strong dialogue, I need to switch to the front speakers only.
My issue is: probably after a Windows 10 update, the DTS sound from my MKV files is coming out with very weak dialogue, while the sound of the music and effects is loud.
I have installed a Marantz SR4002 home cinema on a BenQ W1200 projector and a small Gigabyte cube computer to play movie files connected via HDMI
so no manager in the interface apparently
I set the speaker output for my HDMI connection, no improvement
I adjusted VLC 2.2.1 codec settings, nothing works
I looked at the amp of my home cinema but found no management software
Can someone tell me how to get normal sound, like it was before my update?
I have also undone the update
and made a restore point to an earlier date; no result
Is it a coincidence and has nothing to do with the update?
Is the HDMI cable not "powerful" enough?
Should I install Windows 7?

The "central" speaker may simply be poorly connected...

Run a test for each channel from the sound card management software: each speaker should emit the same sound at the same volume when you click on its virtual representation, except for the subwoofer, which will produce a very deep sound.

it seems to me that when I do a sound test through the speaker management by clicking on the icons, sound comes out everywhere and at about the same volume
so I deduce that my speakers are working well
however, I have never set up the home calibration, I need to connect the S-video cable (5m) to get the home menu on the screen (that has not been done)
I don't have a microphone but I will try to get one to finalize this calibration or enter the data in meters according to the listening position.

I will be able to find one.

I haven't tried balancing the speakers yet, but I think I've found the issue with the sound.
Without wanting to blame my wife, she did the cleaning (I had been working near the screen)
and I found a wire unplugged from the center speaker (lying on the floor).
Hoping that's it! How embarrassing for me!
Well, my computer is back from the repair shop.
After testing, the sound works perfectly again, even in DTS or Dolby or other 5.1.
Doesn’t seem like me (in terms of observation), but this time, I completely dropped the ball!
So it was indeed a speaker that was unplugged, despite what I had said in good faith; "my speakers are working," but no!
I must have heard another speaker and checked the center one, which misled me.
Four days rummaging everywhere, and stressed out, what an idiot!!
Well, thanks to those who identified my problem, it really helped me and I appreciate it.

Don’t let your wife walk around the speakers. It’s deadly.

P.S.: I'm postponing the calibration with the microphone
I'm a beginner in home theater and when it comes to sound, I'm no pro.

I had done it, speaker by speaker, and yet!
Well! Other adjustments that await me, if possible, are:
when watching on my home theater, the image is "stuttery"; it's almost imperceptible, only in panning scenes or fast action, like when there's applause, for example, etc...
It's slight but annoying
