Hello,

Red means that the battery is dead.
So the problem may come from the charger.

I connected my tablet to different chargers and even to my computer, nothing happens when I turn it on; a half-red battery appears on the screen, what should I do?

It may well be the battery that has a problem, and if it is non-removable, a return to customer service is necessary.
