TV 200 Hz switches to 50 Hz

Thank you for your response. Here is the link to the site where I bought my TV. The description made by the seller does not quite match the one you show me, yet it is the same model. Either the seller has misled me in the sale, or there is a misunderstanding regarding each characteristic for this same screen.

I remind you that in the ad, nothing is indicated stating that it is 50 Hz even native, but rather a 200 Hz TV.

Hello, I will try to reassure JPO. The native frequency of all televisions is 50/60Hz. The fluidity index is provided by electronic processes specific to each brand, with fancy English names to mitigate the flickering of cathode-ray screens with a 100Hz double scan at the time. Now, with LCD screens, the usefulness is less obvious since we know that above 100Hz, the human eye no longer perceives the frequency. However, we still see ads for 200, 400, 800, or even 1200Hz, which is quite dreamy.
I think you shouldn't base your choice solely on these numbers. I have seen TVs priced at €1000 with a rate of 100Hz.
But if the image quality disappoints you, the reasons can vary. You have factory default settings; consider making a personalized adjustment.
