Good evening
Could someone tell me how to clean the print heads of my printer from my computer (or on the printer if that's not possible) because I think that 2 out of 4 colors are not working, given the quality of the print.

"Hello,
Simultaneously press both the 'index sheet' and 'scan' buttons. The configuration menu will appear on the display. Use the right arrow to select option 2 'Head cleaning' and press the start button.
