Hello,
I have noticed for a few months that the pictures taken by my Samsung Galaxy S4 become gray a few moments after taking the photo.
.
I did some research online, and here is a summary (there is some copy-pasting in English from Solution B)
.
Solution A) go to application manager> all> Camera> Force stop, clear cache and data (this will not erase your photos, it's just to reset the camera application).
.
Solution B) (thanks to "Abayomi Mosi" from http://forums.androidcentral.com)
.
1. Go to gallery
2. Hit hidden settings touch screen button with the 3 lines (bottom left button on phone opposite to Back button or left to home screen button)
3. Hit settings
4. Hit accounts - 1st tab mine was my Gmail account.
5. Turn off and uncheck sync photo back up
6. Problem solved
7. For extra security on gallery settings page uncheck "SNS data management" to off or "Sync Only Via WiFi" to off or uncheck box.

Solution D) (thanx to Uriel Rodriguez2 from http://forums.androidcentral.com)
Download a new camera app. This will probably work because it saves the photos in a different directory than the "stock" camera app.
