I can no longer receive or send virtual cards with the site ***@***
Here is the message I received:
you clicked on the 'spam' button in your inbox on one of our previously sent emails. According to your request, we will no longer send you any emails to the indicated address. Therefore, you can no longer receive any pretty virtual cards. You also cannot send any. The indicated email address can no longer be used on Joliecarte.com as your inbox will block all our emails following your complaint by clicking on the spam button.
We advise you to use another email address as the sender for your cards

The site ***@*** is indeed in my allowed senders
If you have a very useful solution, thank you in advance to everyone
I don't think I clicked on the spam button
I use the site often

You made a mistake and it comes at a cost.

Your answer is incorrect.
I can still send and receive virtual cards from Joliecarte.com on my other email addresses. I just received a message saying that my friend has indeed opened the card I sent this morning on Gmail

Yes, I can no longer send or receive virtual cards from joliecarte.com with my "OUTLOOK.COM" email because I allegedly blocked it by clicking the
Spam button, BUT I haven't blocked my Orange or Gmail accounts.
We are indeed on the Hotmail OUTLOOK.com messaging forum.
I don't take people for fools; in fact, I'm usually too respectful.
That's why joliecarte.com advised me to use another email address besides OUTLOOK. Joliecarte.com has been nice and quickly responded to my request for help.
I think, with all due caution, that they may have unjammed the situation.

The problem is resolved. A malfunction!!
I hadn't done anything unusual on my side.
Microsoft and the sites can sometimes be finicky.
I can send and receive virtual cards again with OUTLOOK.COM
with the site Joliecarte
No need to look for another site for virtual cards, anyway, I know of others and they all have pretty cards. I am not an IT expert, and I thank everyone who tries to give us their advice to help us
