Scam voice message?

Hello
I received a text this morning saying that I had a voicemail from a 07 number
and that I must click on the link in the text to listen to it.

I think it's a scam, but it starts with 07 so I'm hesitant...

What is your opinion?

Hello

Of course, it's a scam: when someone leaves you a voicemail, you find it on the answering machine, there's no need to click or go to another site.
