Hello,

When I am called, the caller immediately reaches voicemail. What should I do to fix this problem.

      If the model is indeed an A420 (without answering machine) and not an A420A, the usefulness of disabling a non-existent answering machine seems very inappropriate.

    If yes, what is your mobile operator and what is the type of your box?
    How is voicemail managed?

      yes, my phone is connected to the Freebox but the other two are in different rooms and run on electrical outlets.

        What type of Freebox?
        Is the connection to the Freebox made with a wire between the base of the trio and the box or by using the DECT function of the box?
        Is your trio indeed an A420 (i.e., a model without an integrated voicemail)?
