je crois que j'ai trouvé le prob pour framework ..
Il tourne en tant que Processus sur ta bécane ..
Donc il faudrait que tu l'arrêtes .
Fais ctrl+alt+suppr -> onglet "Processus" et regarde si tu ne vois pas ceci mscorsvw.exe si oui , selectionne le et clique sur [terminer le processus].

Fais ctrl+alt+suppr -> onglet "Processus" et regarde si tu ne vois pas ceci mscorsvw.exe si oui , selectionne le et clique sur [terminer le processus].

bein voila je viens de faire ce que tu m as dit.il y etait dans processus.je l ai arrete comme tu m as dit..j espere que ca va aller..on fait quoi maintenant???sourire..on passe a un autre probleme?
bein pour le moment et j espere definitivement l icone n est pas revenue.mon pc a mis 10 minutes entre le moment ou je l ai eteint et celui ou je peux naviguer.mais toujours le message suivant

je pense que tout est lié ... Tu n'aurais pas désinstallé le pack microsoft office ou un truc dans le genre ?

j en sais rien . c est un pc qui est mis a disposition par ma boite.;donc y a eu des utilisateurs avant moi.et la boite me le laisse..comment peut on savoir ca??
je trouve excel mais pas word.et quand je veux executer ca me dit
