As the title says, my "about" tab on the left side of my Facebook profile, where information such as "studies, lives, works..." appears, has disappeared, even though the information I entered is set to "public."
I've been looking for 10 days... other people seem to have had the same issue, but there are no answers...

No, I haven't forgotten you, but I haven't logged into FB from my computer until this morning...
So I did the tests... For the "about" section to display on the public profile, the information needs to be public...
Also check if you didn't remove it from your page by going to:
Settings at the top of your Page.
Click on Apps in the left column.
Go to the tab or the app you want to add and click on Add App.
If nothing works after all that, you need to contact Facebook

I was waiting for my message in my inbox which didn't appear... actually, I realized you replied to me on Friday...
So then
- I did put all my info public...
- I tried to look into the settings but I don't really understand... in the apps I don't have "access the tab".
- For Facebook, I've already sent a message in the help section, they told me it would improve... but I don't think there will be a response! And nothing in the forum… people have the issue but there’s no answer.
- However, on this forum, someone had the same problem Loukadu59300, I posted a request on the forum but no response. As a moderator, can you send him a message directly in his inbox?
