How to remove the menu shortcut from the home screen?

Hello,
I have a shortcut (it's a square with 4 small squares inside) and I want to remove it because it often bothers me (even though I move it regularly....), but I can't find the way to do it.
Can someone help me? Thanks
My phone is the Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini.

    Hello,

    Press and hold this shortcut for a few seconds so you can move it.
    Once it starts moving, there will be delete at the top of the screen.
    Drag it up.

      Hello, you'll go to settings then to display, then you'll go to home screen and you disable application button and there you go, that's it ☝️ if it works for you let me know

      You need to go to settings, my device > accessibility > dexterity and interaction > assistant menu and disable it.
