Hello,
This morning, my Samsung LED screen experienced a shock. A temporary white light, which appears when you touch the screen, showed up. The image returned to normal, with no lines or pixelation. But I feel like there’s a loss of brightness or contrast, like the colors are less vivid.
Is this normal? Can such symptoms appear after a shock?
Thank you for your help, I'm worried.
Best regards
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 34.0

Hello. Personally, I don't think so because a slab that has taken a hit turns black (big black stain) but the rest is "normal." This is just my personal opinion. Best regards

So, I was wondering if there could be any loss of colors, brightness, contrast on the overall image, like a "less pretty" image. I checked the screen for scratches or deformations. And there are no black spots. So everything is okay then?

I think it's okay, yes. Have a good evening.

Because a Samsung technician panicked me by talking about liquid loss, images darkening, and therefore a TV that wouldn't restart.

Yeah, by e-liquid, she probably meant liquid crystals and I would be very surprised, the board would already be out of order, that's just my personal opinion.
