Hello,
who can help me? For no apparent reason, my TV displays a black screen with "not programmed."
I've performed automatic channel installation multiple times, with no results.
Is it possible to reset the factory settings without risk? Thank you for your help.

Yes, without any risk, and in your case, it's the first thing to do, but you'll have to redo all your settings (brightness, contrast, etc...)

Does another TV work if you replace this one?
Or does this one work elsewhere or not?
Have you checked the "sources" or "input" on your TV in question?

Hello,

I found the solution. After calling the repairman, the integrated decoder in the TV needs to be replaced. So, I bought a TNT decoder that cost me €40. Everything is working.
Cheaper than the repair considering the price of the decoder (or tuner) at €250 each.
