Hello everyone,
I am currently creating a document in InDesign intended to be printed as an A5 booklet. I have set up my layout with two A5 pages facing each other, which gives me a preview of an A4 page with a black line in the middle (marking the separation of the two pages).
Obviously, some of my objects overlap both pages.
The booklet printing works, no issues on that side.
However, I would also like to be able to export a PDF version from this document, intended for the web, in A4 format and without the black line in the middle.
Ideally, I would like to have a layout variant... which I’m struggling to implement. InDesign replaces the two A5 pages with two A4 pages, which obviously does not match what I want.
I found a solution online to print in booklet format with two consecutive heights, but a (very light) line appears in the middle when elements overlap...
So, if anyone has an idea, that would be wonderful,
Thank you in advance,
