I would like to reduce the thickness of the lines in an icon I downloaded in PSD format.
By the way, do you have any good addresses to download icons? I am designing an iPhone iOS 7 application.

Here is the icon in question

Good evening,

Even simpler:

Select the path (black arrow).
Apply a white stroke of 6 or 7 pts (instead of the 3 indicated). That's all.

Hello

- Open the PSD in Photoshop
- White arrow: click on the shape to select the path

- Remove the background color

- With the white arrow, move the inner path (I recommend setting guides)

- Restore the background color

Absolutely. I hadn't seen your reply otherwise I would have refrained from responding
Best regards

but no, dear friend, you did well, we don’t know if despat depends on the vector or not
that way, he has two options, that's even better

I wish you a very good evening
kisses :)

Thank you sooo much Nehel for your really very very complete response +++++++++

Thanks to you too Transat for your explanation but indeed the trace will no longer be vectorial, that would be a shame.

:D

It is absolutely pointless to remove the background color, just to restore it afterwards
It’s a mask and your color will therefore follow the path you move without you having to worry about it
In any case, this option to change the outline or background of a shape is only available from CS6 onwards and not in earlier versions.
