Hello,
As mentioned in the title, the sound from my Wiko Rainbow (music, videos, etc.) comes out of the speaker even when the headphones are plugged in.
Let me explain, about an hour ago, my headphones were working perfectly when I wanted to show a video to my mom, obviously without the headphones. But right after that, when I put them back in, I realized that the music was coming out both through my headphones and the speaker!
How can I fix this?

I solved the problem by playing with the depth of the jack plug. I didn't push it all the way in, and then I noticed that sound was coming completely from the headphones. At that point, I pushed it in all the way, and the problem was fixed. No more sound coming from both sides. You have to feel your way around.

As a result of hanging out in a pocket, there were plenty of lint and bits of paper in the headphone jack of my smartphone. Packed in more and more as I used it. By using a toothpick to remove all that, I gained a millimeter of depth and it worked again.

Great, it works again for me. I scraped with a toothpick in my iPhone socket, there was indeed a lot of dust, it's silly but it needed to be thought of, thank you.
