Hello,
I am scanning images and saving them. I have a Mac OS X, 10.8.5.
Then I paste the scanned images into the Word document.
No problem with the first image (copy-paste works well). Then when I copy a second image to paste into my Word doc, I end up with the first image! If I try to copy another image, it’s always the first one that shows up in my Word doc when I do the paste action.
Thank you to anyone who could help me.

Hello,
Simply select it, keeping the mouse button pressed, and drag and drop the image into the Word document. Depending on its size, you can enlarge or reduce it by clicking on it to select it and using the handles.

Hello,
I tried the technique you explained, dede74000, but the "drag and drop" is not working. To be more precise, the "drag" works, but when I drop the image onto my Word document, it doesn't get inserted. Maybe I don't know how to "drop" an image? For your information, the images I scan are in PDF format when I save them.
I tried inserting images (from the insert tab), a method suggested in EchoOnLuck's link, and it works.
Thank you both for your advice.

Hello,
Have you tried using the Insert menu, Picture, Image from File? Finally, that's how it works for me.

Normally my question should appear now on the forum (if I haven't made a mistake) as a resolved issue.
Have a nice day.

In that case, don't copy and paste them, import them and I'll leave you a link that might help:
