Hello, I actually just finished the 13 episodes of Danganronpa and then I searched for some images on search engines like Tumblr or Zerochan; and I came across a character I had never seen in the anime about fifty times. I then wondered if there was a second season. Or does this character come from the video game? Thanks in advance for your answers :D!

Danganronpa is originally a game that was later adapted into an anime. Both the game and the anime have a sequel that exists only as a game on PS Vita and PC (check Steam) called Danganronpa Goodbye Despair. For those of you who are less proficient in English, check out Dehixem's let's play, he translates it in video.

These two installments have another sequel that connects them called Danganronpa 3, which is divided into three arcs: the first is the Despair arc with 11 episodes, the second is the Hope arc with about 12 episodes, and the last is the Future arc with a single episode.

There is an OVA Danganronpa 2.5 and a final game that was released very recently, Danganronpa V3, in early 2017. There is a book with an original story inside, but it hasn't been released in France (the only chance is to have good English to read it).

This character is actually Nagito, he is indeed part of the 2nd season: Goodbye Despair. However, I found the 3rd season of Danganronpa which is: Future, but not the 2nd season, is that normal?

And for your information, the novel is Danganronpa Zero. I forgot to mention that there is a manga Danganronpa Gaiden: Killer Killer and another game Ultra Despair Girls: Danganronpa Another Episode (in which you play as Naegi's sister) and a lot of other things, see this page: https://equipemirai.com/faq/

The Season 2 is in Games, they didn't make it into an episode, only Season 3, which is the continuation of the Second game XD.

Honestly, given that the game scenarios are getting more and more fucked up, I don’t think we’ll get an anime season of Killing/school-trip or Killing/harmony…

Hi! It's totally normal because there is Danganronpa 2 and Danganronpa V3, which is a video game. There are only 2 Danganronpa anime ^^

The order of Danganronpa is first Danganronpa v1, then season 1 Danganronpa. Goodbay Despair exists only in video games, so it is not adapted. You should watch Danganronpa Side Despair and The End afterward. After Side Despair, I can't find it anywhere else; the rest is on Neko Sama (at least that's what I know).

This is Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa v2 (but in fanart version). He exists in the manga, but I’m not sure if Danganronpa v2 has been made into an animation. Anyway, here you go ^^

I watched Danganronpa on adkami, and I can tell you that there is indeed a second season called Danganronpa 3: Mirai-hen, but also a third one, Danganronpa 3: Zetsubou-hen. I am currently watching the second season, and it takes place a few years later when the characters are a bit older. I wish you a good watch for those who want to see the sequel.
