I can't make any cedillas or circumflex accents in my texts.

Hello, I have had an HTC Desire 610 for a few months now and I still can't type cedillas or circumflex accents in my texts. I've set my keyboard to French and everything, but I can't get them unless I use uppercase letters. However, these accents work perfectly on the social networks I use on my phone. Can someone help me, thanks in advance.

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 35.0.1916.141

Correction of my problem, I found it after searching hard for months :) For those who have had the same issue, just go to your SMS and in SMS settings check the box "SMS characters." There you go, hoping to help someone else :)
