I chose TNT delivery within 24 hours, I would like to have reviews.

Hello,

I ordered my phone worth €270 from Cdiscount, and I chose TNT delivery to get it quickly. I looked up reviews about this delivery company online, and I'm worried about my package.

Let me know if you have had experiences with this company, good or bad, so I can have a clear idea. Thank you.

TNT is a serious transportation company that can indeed deliver a package within 24 to 48 hours provided that the seller hands over the merchandise to them >> This means that Cdiscount may not have handed over the package to TNT
Have you contacted Cdiscount to be sure that your order was actually available and handed over to the carrier >> In principle, you should have received a shipping notice from the seller with the tracking information for the transported package: If that’s not the case, you need to contact Cdiscount

Hello. TNT is not a serious company, I've been waiting for a package for 3 weeks, it has been sent by the seller a long time ago but it's still in transit. At the moment, the driver can't find my housing estate, while any GPS can take you there. I explained to them over the phone, but today the driver forgot to pick up the package from the depot, it's the weekend so I'll be waiting until Monday for another mishap. This company isn't worth a dime.

Same thing for me, my delivery is scheduled every day but it goes back to the depot without stopping by my place. Apparently, I am untraceable, whereas all the other delivery people have found me until now. TNT is really too bad.
