Hello,
I have a pretty annoying problem (really annoying) for the past 2 days, let me explain:
I was playing Skyrim calmly, then I left (for about 2 hours) and left my PC on the game. But when I came back, everything was bugging out. I restarted: nothing worked. And it's bugging in all games (otherwise it wouldn't be fun, right? ^^)!
After countless reinstallation of graphics drivers, I took apart/cleaned/reassembled my PC but it didn't change anything. And that's when I had an idea (which turned out to be confirmed later): I removed the graphics card and the graphics controller from the motherboard was supposed to take over.
Except that it was bugging EXACTLY the same, so I concluded that the graphics card was no longer being used.
To be sure, I used MSI Afterburner which showed that no matter what happened, the power of the graphics card's fans didn't vary.
So here's my question, oh kind people who can help me: How can I get my graphics card to be used instead of my motherboard in games?

Hi,
To keep it simple:
#If there is no GPU and the monitor is connected to the motherboard, the integrated video chipset in the CPU is active.
#However, if the monitor is connected to the graphics card, the integrated video chipset in the CPU is not active; it cannot replace the GPU (it's not like on a laptop where you can switch between the two, it's one or the other, not both)!!!

A priori, there are 2 possible sources for this kind of issue:
Either the GPU has a problem, or it’s the CPU that is faulty (overheating or something else)!!
Do you have the ability to test your GPU on another machine?
And/or test another GPU on your own machine?

Since this follows a "software" bug, maybe you have tried restoring Windows to a point before the problem?
