Hello,
After the storm, I restarted the box but the phone doesn't work anymore. Calls go directly to voicemail, there's no ringing and the handset shows a flashing "base." I tried to do the "registration/pairing" process but it doesn't work. Message: "registration failed."
What other steps can I take??
Configuration: Windows 8 / Internet Explorer 10.0

Hello
try unplugging the phone's power adapter and then plugging it back in
if nothing happens, plug it into another outlet, even if it means testing with an extension cord
if still nothing... is the phone dead?
does the box work normally apart from that? is the internet working?
if so, on the same electrical outlet?
