I'm posting this message to warn you that at the moment, a scammer is on Le Bon Coin. She is selling Disney tickets for €30 valid until September 15, 2013.
She claims to be from Normandy or Calvados but is often traveling to Montpellier. Of course, she refuses checks and prefers a transfer. She suggests paying by bank transfer and provides her bank account details. She's very easy to contact before the transaction and, conveniently, much less so afterward!!!! She assures you of a quick dispatch via Lettre Max R1.

Her name on Le Bon Coin is Disneyland Paris. Her name in real life is DELPHINE COSTY.
She sends emails from two addresses: Delpcannaise@hotmail.fr or brunodelphdelph@hotmail.fr
BE CAREFUL, I bought 6 tickets from her, and I have never seen them. She no longer responds to emails, texts, or calls. She sounds very friendly on the phone and puts you at ease.

REMEMBER HER NAME DELPHINE COSTY and her email addresses.
I have filed a complaint against her because with her bank details, she can be tracked down and stopped from scamming others. My mom is an investigating judge, so I’m lucky she has good connections with the police.

Idem, a certain Mathilde, who posted an ad on Le Bon Coin (Marseille) "After contact by phone, she is 'supposedly in Corsica at her grandparents' place' 2 tickets 2 parks (for 50 euros)
She sends the tickets first and then once the tickets are received we settle by cash transfer. But the problem is that the tickets are fake and impossible to verify before entering the park!!!!!
Be careful, she didn't get me ......

It's so hard to imagine that a French woman is scamming?
It's unlikely that she is a French woman living in the 06, with the numerous complaints ongoing; the bank account details, the name, and the police would have already apprehended her.
And a scammer who doesn't want to get caught doesn't just give out their bank statements like that.

I just got scammed this very morning by this Delphine Costy. I was actively looking for concert tickets for Stromae, and she contacted me the next morning saying she had tickets to sell. 80 euros for two. I spoke to her on the phone, she really put me at ease and asked for an urgent cash transfer. I was ready to go for it but then I had doubts once I got to the post office. I suggested a regular cash transfer and that she send me the tracking number for the recommended letter she was supposed to send.
No problem for her, so I sent the cash transfer, but I never received the tracking number for the recommended letter... I wasn't cautious enough; she's been on voicemail since I sent it. I just stumbled upon this site and learned that I've been a victim of a scam like you all.
I plan to file a complaint as soon as possible, but I don't understand how, with all the complaints, this person hasn't been arrested yet? And how is it that her name isn't flagged at the post offices??? With all the complaints, she shouldn't be able to scam people anymore, at least under this name!
I would also like to know if it's possible to cancel my cash transfer considering it wasn't urgent; she should be waiting for my letter to withdraw the money. Should I go directly to the gendarmerie? Maybe they can do something before she withdraws it?
I await your responses and sympathize with you all; we must not let this go, she will pay in the end!-

The address she gave me is 22bis rue Charbonnerie 22000 St Brieuc. I have seen it several times on this site but I notice that she changes it often.

She refuses checks and prefers to send... she refuses checks or PayPal for the simple reason that she lives in Cotonou or Abidjan, no need to look further.
All these fake ads are placed by exotic individuals in need of cash mandates or transfers via Western Union.
As for filing a complaint, don't bother; the police won't be able to handcuff them in the tropics. -

(I was supposed to make the transfer on Monday) I just received a text from them asking me to make the transfer urgently so that it's settled... I loved the "URGENT".... The scammers are very clever, but they prefer urgent Cash mandates or Western Union! Generally, they don't provide bank account details (different from Delphine COSTY).

I confirm, this DELPHINE DAUPHY from Lower Normandy just scammed me out of 130 € for tickets from SArdou to Nîmes.
Very nice on the phone before getting the money and after that, no one, voicemail and no responses to SMS.
Tomorrow I'm heading to the post office for more information and then to the police. -
I found plenty of people who have been scammed, so we’re going to join forces because it will have more impact. We will all submit our complaint copies, so if you want to join us, no problem. Like you, she tried to sell me tickets for the Nuit sur l'Erdre festival on July 5th! But some contradictions raised my suspicions (she initially claimed to live in Rouen to justify a postal shipment, then when I asked for her address, she said she lived in Caen) and your comments sealed the deal for me!
Her voice sounds honest, but her spelling is terrible, and above all, she doesn't know what she's selling; that's how I caught her!
Try to get her to talk about the reasons for the sale, and you'll see that she is also unconvincing! -

TL0320, I have filed 3 complaints since 18/03/2013: 1. In Paris (local police of 75019, but strangely the police did not give me the case number), 2. In Montpellier (which returned my complaint saying I had to send my complaint to the Court of First Instance in Paris), 3. Finally at the Court of First Instance in Paris and today I just received the court's response that the case has been dismissed on the grounds of "Unknown author" :( what else can I do ?????????!!!!!!!!!!

"Unknown author" means that he is abroad, probably in West Africa like many scammers. Think a little, someone who wants to swindle as many people as possible wouldn’t take the risk of revealing their true identity, let alone their bank account details.
It’s like willingly turning yourself in to the police. -

I just realized that I have also been scammed by this woman, Mrs. Delphine Costy!! I posted an ad on Le Bon Coin a few weeks ago to get tickets for the Céline Dion concert at Bercy in November, and Mrs. Costy contacted me. She was supposedly selling 2 category 1 tickets for 190 euros for both! Since she seemed honest to me, I told her I agreed, and I sent her 190 euros by cash transfer because she refused a check!! And since then, I haven't heard anything... neither by phone nor by text.... So, I intend to file a complaint against this woman!! I hope she gets caught and pays for it!!!
