As there was a storm, I unplugged the live plugs from the wall. Since then, the live box displays the time, but it is not correct. It is 5:30 PM and it shows 10:30 AM. So, I no longer have access to the Orange TV. Does anyone know the solution?

Which Livebox exactly and which decoder exactly?
You mean that the decoder doesn't display the correct time?
To my knowledge, Liveboxes do not display the time
The powerline adapters, which I suppose you have reconnected, are they properly synchronized?
Are their lights green?
Have you tried restarting everything, Livebox first, then decoder?
