Unable to connect to an MMO (LoL and Pokemmo)

Hello, I have a new PC for 2 weeks, 3 days ago lol and Pokemmo was working fine but since the League of Legends update it doesn't work anymore (I can connect to Dofus and the internet is working, probably not important the update but I specify anyway).
I have tried to disable the firewall, the antivirus, ... disable the proxies, in short, pretty much everything.
If someone has the solution, thanks ^^

    It's not an internet problem after all. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your games.

    Maybe the ports for these games are blocked at the router level (Livebox or otherwise).

    Hello,

    You go to the address http://192.168.1.1
    You type admin and admin for the ID and password.
    In the livebox, Security mode, you set it to low. And that's it!

    Bonjour,

    Could you try typing cmd in the start menu and press enter.
    Then enter 
     ping www.google.fr
    in the command prompt and post the result.
