Hello,
I am on a Samsung with Windows 8;
I was given the software FL Studio 10 but it's in English and since I don't understand it, I can't use the software which is a bit annoying for me... I wanted to know if there is a possibility to have the software in French or (if not possible) to have help in French.

Hello,
To risk disappointing you, no, FL Studio is not in French. The websites that say otherwise are because they are personal translations, and therefore often of very poor quality (a kick translated as "coup de pied" for example, when it remains a kick even in French...), or other more bizarre translations.
If you want to translate it yourself, here's an explanation (although I find it unnecessary and tedious):
