Hello
Abandoned or not, it remains private property.
The same goes for public properties, by the way.
That is called degradation of private property, so here are the penalties:

What did you tag? There will surely be an investigation following the owner's complaint.

The only places where you can tag and vandalize are private property that belongs to you or if you have the owner's permission.
The rest falls either under private property (if it belongs to an individual) or under public property (the state).
That being said, any unauthorized vandalism will be subject to an investigation.
Everything you see on trains, etc., are young people who are not allowed to do this. The day the police (the BAC here) carries out a roundup, you scope everyone, and on trains the bill is steep.
