    We should check the connection and wiring. There can be "noise" issues when the wiring installation is poor, or for example, if too many devices are plugged into the same power strip...

    The problem was mine, I had the polarities in the same direction, so after a night of charging, my phone batteries charged, then I put my equipment back on the dock, and now it charges. Thank you for your advice.
