Hello, I am trying to download the CD for the HP Photosmart C3100 Series All-in-One printer, but I am unable to do so. I am being notified that the operating system of the computer is not supported. Hello;  I suggest you check the HP manufacturer's website >> HERE >> Validate your operating system (Windows ??? 32 or 64 bits) and download the complete pack of drivers and software for this printer It is recommended to unplug the USB cable connecting the printer to the machine and only reconnect this connection when prompted by the system during the new installation  -- Thank you for kindly letting us know if your problem is resolved by activating this function in the designated area Best regards and A+
