How to download GymDirect videos from the D8 website?

Hello,
since the unfortunate takeover of Canal+ of Direct 8, I can no longer record sports shows to then transfer them to my PC (they are hidden on my Freebox), cut parts, and put them back on my TV in a lighter format...
I really hate these abusive locks specific to Canal-, M6, TF1... I pay my license fee, and what right do they have to deny me access to the files recorded for private use?!
In short... I have no other choice but to download the videos from their site to save them on my PC and then put them on my TV (hello quality), but despite reading the forums, I can't manage to do it.
I would like to download this video to start:

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 21.0.1180.83

I wanted to revive the topic to see if anyone has found a way to download Gym Direct, because it's not the same online and it eventually disappears.

Captvty allows you to download Gym Direct. Then, you use the conversion tab and choose the suitable format.

Thank you very much, I had my doubts, or I must have been on an outdated wrong link that didn't mention D8.
Cool, now I just need to find a way to get around those damn abusive locks; the quality is better on the recordings, but this is still a great first step.
