Hello, I just changed operators with number portability (from SFR to Free). I contacted SFR who confirmed that the phone was unlocked: It's a LG KU990i (CE 0168). The new PIN code of the Free SIM card is accepted but right after, I get the message USIM locked, and I only have access to 112

I just read in the forum how to get to the NCK code to enter. I made it there, but I don’t know this code. How can I obtain it? My SFR subscription was canceled this afternoon and Free has taken over but I cannot access due to the locked USIM
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me unlock my phone by explaining how to retrieve the NCK code.

    The NCK code is an unlocking code.
    Currently, your mobile appears to be locked by the SFR network following the message "USIM Locked" upon attempting to insert your FreeMobile SIM card.

    For any request for an unlocking code, we invite you to contact the original operator of the product.
    Indeed, only this operator is authorized to provide you with these codes and the necessary instructions.

      Thank you very much. Your response was helpful to me.
      I contacted SFR, who is forcing me to write to their customer service with a proof of purchase to send me the unlocking. They claim to have no record of my previous unlocking request!!!

    PROBLEM: USIM locked LG KU 990i
    I switched from ORANGE to FREE MOBILE. Therefore, I lose the Orange network. I do not yet have access to the Free network because of the locked USIM.
    PROCEDURE:
    Use another SIM card (of standard size and not mini) that connects to a network (one from a friend's or colleague's phone...).
    Contact the support service of the original operator to obtain an unlock code (sent to an email address) with the MEI code (under the battery) = NCK.
    Follow the procedure given in the email by entering the NCK code (on the phone) provided by the original operator in the email.
    Follow the unlocking procedure on the phone by entering the unlock number NCK (10 trial attempts possible).
