Hello,
my player no longer reads DVDs.
It suddenly stopped reading DVDs for no reason.
When we turn it on and insert a DVD, it takes a long time to load, we hear a kind of
grinding sound (as if the DVD isn't fitting), then after about 50 seconds, the small display on the player shows "error".
I would really like to be able to repair it.
