I know there are already posts about this issue, but there hasn't been a real answer..

I would like to know how we can see this list, please?

As an administrator:
In the administration panel, I click on "Edit Page"
then I click on "Blocked User List".
A small window opens.
In the top part, I click on "Banned"
and there I choose "People who like this" :)
Then, to see the whole thing: Click on "Show more"

It doesn't work, I have 19 likes and I only have 8 people on the list, why are some people not displayed?

Well, I can only see the people I have as friends; the others are invisible, and there is no "show more" mention at the bottom of the page...
