Carriage jam on HP Photosmart 5510

Hello,
I just bought an HP Photosmart 5510 printer.
When I first set it up, I received an error message saying "carriage jam, watch the animation to clear the problem." The issue is that the carriage remains stuck on the right and I can't move it to the left, and I don't want to force it too much to avoid breaking a part.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem so I don't have to send the printer back for service, please?

Yes, I have already visited the link you gave me but it doesn't work, while looking at other discussions on the same topic, it could be dried ink, let's see if that's the case
