Crash ecran bleu redemarre carte graphique pilote

Voilà, j'ai un petit problème avec mon PC qui redémarre subitement tout seul alors que je suis en cours d'utilisation; il affiche un écran bleu puis se relance. Comme je ne suis pas très calé en informatique, j'en appelle à votre aide!!!

Voici les caractéristiques de l'ordinateur :

La carte graphique est une realtek

Pour information, le message de plantage sur l'écran bleu m'affiche :

J'ai testé la mémoire avec memtest86+, aucun problème
J'ai donc fait un bilan avec whocrash qui m'envoi ce compte rendu :
