bonjour, je ne comprend pas dés que je vais sur le net faire des recherches, il y a des plublicités qui souvre sans arrèt.j'ai fais ad awward,avast,regcleaner,spybot,tuneup... mais rien a changer. de plus des que j'allume mon pc j'ai des messages d'erreurs

1 Télécharge EasyCleaner

Installe le dans un répertoire dédié.
2 Relance un scan HijackThis et coche les lignes ci-dessous :

Ferme toutes les fenêtres Windows, Internet explorer, Outlook,sauf le logiciel Hijackthis et clique sur « Fix checked »
3 Tu clique sur Démarrer puis Exécuter, tu tapes services.msc et tu cliques sur OK.
Dans la liste des services, cherche et sélectionne
"DirectX Service" / double clique sur la ligne
/ vérifie dans Chemin d'accès des fichiers exécutables qu'il
s'agit bien de "C:\WINDOWS\system32\directx.exe" / dans Type de démarrage,
sélectionne Désactiver / valide la modification.
4 Supprime les fichiers/dossiers incriminés
C:\WINDOWS\system32\directx.exe
5 Lance le nettoyage avec CCleaner
6 Lance EasyCleaner.
Utilises les fonctions Inutiles et Registre. Supprimes ce qu'il trouve. Ne pas toucher à la fonction doublons.
7 Fais une défragmentation

Je pense que cela doit aller mieux ;-)
Tu double cliques sur C, puis sur Windows, puis sur System32.

c'est fait. mais au demarage j'ai toujour le message d'erreur
"instalation incdredimail"
il me dit qu'un icone a été placé sur le bureau afin de terminer l'instalation plus tard.
et quand je click dessus ça me remet le message d'erreur
